It helps that it's like a freeway on the trail in Boston - weekends are nuts! Almost got hit by 2 bikes and ran through some 5k

In Boston for a site visit for an event next month - had a great run this afternoon - dare to say I maybe getting close to Marathon shape - unfortunately much colder than I thought it would be and didn't really bring the right gear
