A nice run thru Pennsylvania - lost my GPS watch the other day though (must be a hotel housekeeper out there that likes to run) - so will have to pick up another one. You get spoiled knowing your distance and pace - time just isn't enough anymore.

St. Louis Tornado 2011
For all that were wondering 'I Survived the 2011 St. Louis Tornado' - I want to get T-shirts printed up and sell them on the street - I think they would go like hotcakes outside the baseball game (remember all the Earthquake shirts that were out there after the Bay Area quake).
I'm staying downtown - not at the airport - so it missed me - but did hear plenty of tornado sirens and they came on the loudspeaker at the ballpark saying "a tornado is imminent - please exit the ballpark" - which I could hear from my hotel - kinda freaky.
About as close as I want to get to one.
