That doesn't look good. You should see a doctor and make sure it doesn't get infected. Maybe a tetanus shot as well. Welcome to the non-running club. I ran 5 miles on Friday but had to stop a couple of times. Achilles tendon is still sore but slowly getting better. I will try to gradually increase run mileage to be ready for Ironman Canada August 25, but right now that is a "maybe." Bike and swim are fine.
Wow that's a big piece of glass. Did the pub crawl help the pain or did you literally have to crawl? Not being able to run sucks, I am totally off from my shoulder/neck nerve damage.
